I brought my F150 in for rattling sound that was supposed to be clutch or engine. They found the transmission was faulty and replaced it. Pricing was as expected and my pickup is back to normal. Risk versus gain with an almost 200k vehicle.

Thanks for being patient. The transmission is pretty rare and it was pretty difficult to source. Izzy and myself spent hours doing the research in order to get this correct.

I will not bring my Diesel back to this place. I have 2004 VW TDI and the issue was that it was not starting. I towed it to another mechanic and learned the engine air intake manifold needed cleaning and bought a replacement but my first mechanic declined the job due the the work location. Over the phone I told Motorpool all this and that I needed the engine air intake manifold cleaned but had a new engine manifold that they could swap out if they wanted to. I explained all this over the phone and they told me to bring the car and the part ASAP to check it out. When I got there I told the manager my story and he was surprised it seemed at his own mechanics initiative. The manger told me he needed to diagnose the car and then would see about swapping the part. He explained that his $40,000 scanner would surely find any issues and they could get it starting again. They later told me they could not even diagnose the problem and to get my car out of their shop. The mechanic told me their are two intake manifolds and he didn't know which one I was taking about. I towed it to them under the expectation that they were experienced diesel technicians and they proved otherwise so I had to get the work done at BTM Motorwerks. Maybe try quoting out your services instead of having customers bring in cars ASAP. Motorpool automotive didn't charge me for the time it was in their shop however (7 days) so that makes this a 2 star experience

What’s up buddy that happened over a year ago. I suppose the right questions were not asked but it was never to told us in the beginning so far as I understand. It’s pretty sad that you would write a bad review a year later after everything has been resolved. That’s pretty petty hope you get over yourself someday. Good luck with that.

Amazing experience with Steve at Motorpool. I called on a Saturday afternoon about my grinding brakes 😬 and they made the whole experience quick and easy for a great price and very friendly service. I will only come here for any car maintenance from now on. Excellent. Service: Brakes

Steve and the team at Motorpool are trustworthy and dependable, and they truly support their own staff and their customers in ways I rarely see at an auto shop. I had a no start issue with my car at 5pm one night and I had work the next morning. Steve came out on his own with a jumper pack without hesitation and helped try to jump it. When we found the battery to be completely toast, he did me one better and actually ran to a local parts store and got me a new battery. I’ve never had a mechanic go to such lengths to help me out of a jam, and the owner at that. Good folks all around, and they have a lot of love for the community they’re a part of. I’ve been bringing my car and my wife’s car here for the past 3 years and I don’t regret a single service they’ve done, from simple oil changes to much more serious work. Services: Transmission, Oil change, Brakes, Battery, Electrical
