Motorpool performed the 60k-mile service on my Lexus, per the factory specs. I got an appointment right away and the work was done in less than 2 hours while I waited. They were very accommodating and patient with me since 2 weeks prior the car had to be towed because rodents had chewed the cables to a cylinder. I highly recommend this shop because they are knowledgeable and customer service focused.

I had a rush to get the maintenance done by the same day I brought my twenty year old Honda Cr v in at noon and these guys worked three hours extra during the holiday season just to get my car ready for the drive to Arizona the next day. My car was laking on maintenance for five years or so, and they got it all done in one day. They did multiple brake/suspension/engine repairs and updated me with the pictures on what they changed in. Fantastic job and fantastic service. I can definitely recommend this place for everyone.

We took our truck to Motorpool and the service we received was top notch! Steve helped us with all of our needs. He emailed us a estimate on everything we needed done, the price was reasonable and he even followed up with us to make sure we didn't have any further questions. The quote he sent us was easy to understand with no hidden fees. He was honest with us about what we needed to do right away and what we could wait to do. The job was finished earlier than expected and we even found a bunch of COVID friendly gifts waiting for us in the truck. Steve is very thoughtful and knowledgeable.
