I appreciate the help I got from Delmar. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, about all of my concerns and questions I had.

Mike was such a pleasure to work with. My vehicle’s check engine light came on and started running funny. I brought it in and sadly my engine had seized. Not only did he do everything he could to find me the right replacement but also did everything he could to make sure it was the best for the price which took some extra effort and footwork. I can say enough about the level or professionalism and customer service here. I would refer friends and family here for quality service.

The service was pretty awesome. I took my car to fix at the dealership but they overcharged me and the diagnostic report showed fault in things I did not needed any fixing. Then I called Motorpool during the start of the pandemic, they came to my place to pick up my car which was not properly drivable, fixed it and gave me detail on the problem with my car and after the a week of fixing my car I had major problem in my engine. Luckily Steve the owner was helpful enough to tow my car at his expense and fixed it and took responsibility and gave me a huge discount for fixing my car. The staff were honest about the problems with my car and gave me best suggestions. I highly recommend this place and defiantly not taking my business elsewhere.

The guys at Motorpool always do a great job on my car and always have great customer service. On my most recent visit they have started using a mobile app to stay in touch with me throughout the whole repair process. I was able to get photos, descriptions, authorize repairs and even close out my bill from my phone! Super convenient and very appropriate social distance measures. I 100% recommend making this your go to repair, maintenance and tire shop.
