I recently brought my 2022 Audi Q5 in for its 40,000-mile maintenance. I had spent a couple of months researching shops to find the right place. Some of the European specialty shops felt overpriced, and a few places I spoke with just didn’t give me a great feeling. Despite all the noise about having to go to a European-only shop, I believed a high-quality, experienced, customer-focused team could do the job just as well — and I’m glad I trusted that instinct. I chose Motorpool Automotive after an initial call with Steve Sorrell, the owner. From that first conversation, I felt confident I was in good hands. The experience backed that up. They replaced the spark plugs, flushed and replaced fluids, changed the oil, and then let me know the vehicle was in great shape with no additional work needed. No upsell, no pressure, just honesty. They even gave me a ride home when I dropped off the car, and everything was ready the same day. There are a lot of auto shops out there, but finding a service business you genuinely trust is gold. Brought in my 1966 Mustang Coupe in for some minor leak repairs. All problems mentioned and a few that were discovered I was informed about, given options and assistance on part selections. Never have I ever… taken my own car in for service before! After my first big girl car purchase- a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe- let me know it was time for a servicing, I knew the place to go was Motorpool Automotive. I heard about Motorpool through word of mouth- and the abundance of people that I know that come here have high praises. I am extremely happy to join that crowd! Booking online was quick and easy. I was reached by phone a day later to confirm details, and was able to get a price quote then. Upon arriving, a technician Michael greeted me and let me knew it was wouldn’t be long. A little over an hour later I was able to pay for my services, which matched my original quote. Michael let me know about some suspension that may want to be replaced in the next few months and gave me a ball park of those costs so I’m prepared. Incredibly thankful for Steven and his team and their professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge.

AMAZING guys over here at Motorpool. Very reasonable and honest prices, as well as extremely knowledgeable. They even helped me figure out the warranty situation on one of our cars and saved us the cost of an engine. 10/10 would recommend them.

Great service, will be returning with my Truck.

American Tire referred us to Motorpool for urgent brake replacement service, as recommended by our car dealership's diagnostic report. The staff was warm and friendly. They immediately checked our brakes and honestly informed us that our brakes were in the yellow zone (4mm for front and 5mm for back) and okay for our planned trip, advising us on what to watch out for, including alerting us to any unusual sounds. We greatly appreciated their support and will definitely return for service after our trip.

got oil changed and had some issues with car. Was wondering when car was going to come back so i called a couple times and the older dude was nice but the younger dude had a bit of an attitude. i dont use window wiper fluid much and i ran out not even a year into when i took my car in. Usually, by one year since topping off fluids I still have enough. It ran out around the 6 months mark so I found it weird. After they supposedly fixed my car issues, probems came back up and took it to a local shop saying it had the same issue.
