Impressive team! I have had work completed on four different vehicles in the past ten years and they have always been honest. All information I have received is clear and detailed, leaving nothing to question. I have never been dissatisfied. Great group of professionals that take time with their customers.

Motorpool was able to take my Van in on two days notice. They performed the required service in only a few hours an e returned the van to me. Their review of the next service included a description of the services that would be required at that time.

Long overdue review: Have an older Chevy Colorado needing much needed service and didn't know where to go of all the dozens of repair shops in the area. Over the years been seeing random cars with a "Motorpool" sticker, so vague, what is that, is that like some kind of "Supreme" brand? Did a search, and it's an auto repair place, and highly rated at that! So I decided this place would be good to take the truck, a bonus was that they service A/C, lots of places don't. They addressed everything I brought up with them. Everything is done online: work order, you approve/deny each line item, they even post pics (and even web links) on your work order so you can see what they are referring to, even final billing you approve the invoice and pay online, so efficient doing it online, no playing phone tag! They finished the job. I also needed the oil in my Wrangler JL changed so the very next week I took it to Motorpool. Again fast and efficient service, took 2 vehicles in 2 weeks in a row, and at competitive rates. Note to Motorpool, your stickers are great advertising, and you have a great friendly bunch of employees. Keep it up!

Was recommended to them by America's Tire. Never used them before. Called them and got a prompt quote and explanation of their service. It was a little unusual that there was no waiting area; they have limited parking at the shop. But the service was done within the limited time I asked them to get it done in. Paid on-line. The alignment did not seem out much but with a new set of Michelins I thought it best to start out with perfect alignment. I tracks a little straighter, seems perfect. They gave me a gratuitous package of cookies which was a nice touch. My experience with them was very positive. They seem to have a good system to handle a volume of work efficiently. Will definitely use them again.
