Motor pool Did a great job! Steven and Chris helped a great deal to assure my sons SUV was safe and ready to go to Arizona for his 2nd year in college. He has driven the SUV back and forth and it’s good to know he is safe on the road! I would definitely recommend these guys to service your vehicle if you want great prices and great service !!

If you love your vehicle, this is where you want to take it. These guys are great! Both times I've had them take a look at my vehicle, it comes back running noticeably better. They've done a great job for me on everything from breaks/suspension/engine and even a simple oil change. You definitely get better care here than going to the other big shops!

I called Motorpool to ask them questions about my cars latest inability to start, and they had serviced the car 3 weeks, prior. They gave me the information I was seeking, and then offered to come out to the house, (one hour away,) to run codes on he car, free of charge just to follow up on their previous service. The serviceman was friendly and informative and was there for about an hour and one half changing the battery and trying to fix the electrical system. The car will still need to be tended to, but at least it runs now, and I have a clearer picture of what is needed. I was really pleased and they seemed kind and interested in helping me out.

America's Tire broke a lug on my tire. I was referred to Motorpool and they would take of the parts. I spoke with some and he assured me that I could drop off my car on Sunday night and it would be ready the next day. I was pleasantly surprised when I called and my car was ready after noon. Nice guys!!

I brought my car here for a radiator issue and couldn't be happier with the experience. There's a key drop, text updates, and a link sent via email to pay the invoice, the process is great if you are busy and want the work done correctly and efficiently. Motorpool Automotive used OEM parts and were significantly less expensive than the dealership. When there was a problem (a hose broke), they called to inform me that there would be a delay and chose not to charge me for the additional labor. I'll continue to use Motorpool for my automotive needs.

Their convenient after-hours drop-off and pick-up process allowed me to safely leave my car before opening hours without impacting my workday and with automatic text messages, I was able to track the process of my car throughout the day. I even paid the entire invoice from my phone and never once stepped foot inside the office. I had to bring my car back a few days later and Chris immediately took care of it, gave me an incredible deal, and even dropped my car off at my office for me.
