WOW where do I begin..My back passenger window on my 2000 mustang wouldn't work. I google auto close to me..and for Motorpool! I called and Chip was so helpful, professional and just all around great guy. I tried to book on line and then got an email, everything is professional and complete. I took my car in on a Wednesday morning, by 10 am they emailed me not only the estimate, but what else needed to be fixed. They got the motor for the window Thursday, (which by the way was a pain to get to) and all the other stuff was repaired and fixed by 4:00 pm Thursday. It is not only close, but when I went to pick up the car, I got stickers, hand sanitizer, T shirt and Thin Mint cookies. Amazing and I will refer anyone that needs a car repair to call..Chip with take care of you with a smile..(I think under that mask). I need more work, but due to cost I will schedule in a month or two. For a single woman, it was great to know they do the work not only professionally, but don't rip you off.
