My brakes were making an awful sound, so I knew I had to get them taken care of right away. Called after 5 pm close--phone call answered and I was able to get my car in for the next day! Everything done in one day with courtesy and friendly staff. I cannot tell you how grateful I was that this was so easy and quick! Thank you!

I took my Acura MDX in because something didn't feel quite right with the suspension. Apparently there were a lot of things failing - Steve showed pictures, discussed the problem and also let me know it was due for its 110,000 mile service. Motorpool took care of everything within a few days - and now it runs, and feels just like new! I was really happy with the outcome, and the price!

After going through the ringer with a mechanic who butchered my original 5 speed manual Lexus is300 I took it to get repaired at Motorpool, ( I should have come here first) this car is trickery and it was installed correctly but 4th gear synchro failed and it had to be repaired again which Motorpool handled smoothly and efficiently and honored their workmanship and parts. I highly recommend and my car has never felt better. Thank you team
