I had a great experience with this shop from start to finish. They were honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. The work was completed on time, the pricing was fair, and my car is running great. It’s hard to find an automotive shop you can trust, but these guys definitely earned my business. AMAZING!!! Highly recommend Motorpool Automotive. I called and they were willing to see me that day. When I arrived and hour and a half before closing they took my car in and fixed my issue promptly. I love these guys - no particular reason other than I feel comfortable taking my vehicles there for service. They are now back open so customers can actually walk in and shoot the breeze with one or more techs on site and that is always delightful. I have always been happy with their work and I can just pretty much ask them to do "whatever is necessary" without having to know exactly what that is or how to ask for it (just because I'm a girl and don't speak car-talk that much). They are always above board on their charges and for what I need do a great job.
