Been going here for years. Jeeps a pain but these guys are great.

I brought a new to me car to Motorpool Automotive to have it checked out. The guys were patient and attentive while I explained the issues I noticed while driving the "new car" for a week. I was treated with respect, listened to and everything was communicated to me with full transparency. I'd recommend everyone looking for an honest car shop to go there every time. Motorpool was extremely friendly and quick to get my car fixed! I was stressing out over where to take my car to get its brakes changed and at the very last minute I came across Motorpool and right from the jump they were so helpful and felt comfortable talking to them about my concerns. I had to ask a few times just to get clarification about whats included for the job, since car work is a different language for me, but they were very patient to explain it to me each time. Customer service was over the top, I will be coming here again! I was just telling my mom that I think I found my go-to place whenever I have car trouble.

Once again, Motorpool has come through and I can not thank them enough. I had left my car with them to get worked on, some major things needed repaired. I have been out of town due to medical reasons and they were able to help me get them repaired while I have been out of town. Steven and his crew were amazing, they have kept me in the loop through the whole process. They took pictures and video of my car to show me all the details of my car before they worked on it and explained everything in detail, from what they did to repair my car to getting it back road ready and worthy. Thank you Steven and your crew for another job well done. I will be using Motorpool for a VERY long time.

These guys are A+. They tell you what’s wrong, what needs to be done, what should be done, and what can wait. Their digital communication is very helpful (they upload photos of what’s broken, what the scanner says, etc) but when you get them on the phone they are happy to explain in further detail if you’re not a “car guy.” No dumb questions, no jargon answers. I’ll pay the little extra in labor rate for their honesty and professionalism every time.

I originally came in needing an engine rebuild and a head gasket replacement—serious work—but they handled it with skill and care. What really stood out was how thorough they were. During the repair process, they discovered my camshaft was broken, which I hadn’t even known about. Rather than ignoring it, they brought it to my attention and explained everything clearly so I understood exactly what needed to be done. They didn’t just throw parts in and send me on my way—they took the time to do everything right. The work they did was a lot, but they managed to get it all done in a reasonable amount of time and kept me updated throughout. Since picking up my vehicle, I haven’t had a single problem. Everything is running smoothly, and the engine feels strong and reliable again. This shop is the real deal—honest, skilled, and genuinely cares about doing quality work. I’ll definitely be coming back for regular tune-ups, and when the time is right, I plan to return to have them replace a headlight that I’ve been putting off.
