Steve and the team at Motorpool are trustworthy and dependable, and they truly support their own staff and their customers in ways I rarely see at an auto shop. I had a no start issue with my car at 5pm one night and I had work the next morning. Steve came out on his own with a jumper pack without hesitation and helped try to jump it. When we found the battery to be completely toast, he did me one better and actually ran to a local parts store and got me a new battery. I’ve never had a mechanic go to such lengths to help me out of a jam, and the owner at that. Good folks all around, and they have a lot of love for the community they’re a part of. I’ve been bringing my car and my wife’s car here for the past 3 years and I don’t regret a single service they’ve done, from simple oil changes to much more serious work.

Amazing experience with Steve at Motorpool. I called on a Saturday afternoon about my grinding brakes 😬 and they made the whole experience quick and easy for a great price and very friendly service. I will only come here for any car maintenance from now on. Excellent.

I was recommended to them from Americas tires They are very helpful and they explained everything very courteous and professional I would recommend going there they did a tire alignment and tire rotation and told me what I needed done and what I don't need done I feel they're very honest.

I brought my F150 in for rattling sound that was supposed to be clutch or engine. They found the transmission was faulty and replaced it. Pricing was as expected and my pickup is back to normal. Risk versus gain with an almost 200k vehicle.

Very personable, detail oriented professionals! I picked up my car today and soon after I drove home I received a call from the managing mechanic. He informed me that he wanted to double check something just for safe measure. I agreed and drive back. The expected procedure took a bit longer than anticipated, so these guys called me an Uber and delivered my car to my residence once completed. This is why I will continue to give them my business. The guys at Motorpool always do a great job on my car and always have great customer service. On my most recent visit they have started using a mobile app to stay in touch with me throughout the whole repair process. I was able to get photos, descriptions, authorize repairs and even close out my bill from my phone! Super convenient and very appropriate social distance measures. I 100% recommend making this your go to repair, maintenance and tire shop.

The service was pretty awesome. I took my car to fix at the dealership but they overcharged me and the diagnostic report showed fault in things I did not needed any fixing. Then I called Motorpool during the start of the pandemic, they came to my place to pick up my car which was not properly drivable, fixed it and gave me detail on the problem with my car and after the a week of fixing my car I had major problem in my engine. Luckily Steve the owner was helpful enough to tow my car at his expense and fixed it and took responsibility and gave me a huge discount for fixing my car. The staff were honest about the problems with my car and gave me best suggestions. I highly recommend this place and defiantly not taking my business elsewhere.

Mike was such a pleasure to work with. My vehicle’s check engine light came on and started running funny. I brought it in and sadly my engine had seized. Not only did he do everything he could to find me the right replacement but also did everything he could to make sure it was the best for the price which took some extra effort and footwork. I can say enough about the level or professionalism and customer service here. I would refer friends and family here for quality service.
