I will not bring my Diesel back to this place. I have 2004 VW TDI and the issue was that it was not starting. I towed it to another mechanic and learned the engine air intake manifold needed cleaning and bought a replacement but my first mechanic declined the job due the the work location. Over the phone I told Motorpool all this and that I needed the engine air intake manifold cleaned but had a new engine manifold that they could swap out if they wanted to. I explained all this over the phone and they told me to bring the car and the part ASAP to check it out. When I got there I told the manager my story and he was surprised it seemed at his own mechanics initiative. The manger told me he needed to diagnose the car and then would see about swapping the part. He explained that his $40,000 scanner would surely find any issues and they could get it starting again. They later told me they could not even diagnose the problem and to get my car out of their shop. The mechanic told me their are two intake manifolds and he didn't know which one I was taking about. I towed it to them under the expectation that they were experienced diesel technicians and they proved otherwise so I had to get the work done at BTM Motorwerks. Maybe try quoting out your services instead of having customers bring in cars ASAP. Motorpool automotive didn't charge me for the time it was in their shop however (7 days) so that makes this a 2 star experience
What’s up buddy that happened over a year ago. I suppose the right questions were not asked but it was never to told us in the beginning so far as I understand. It’s pretty sad that you would write a bad review a year later after everything has been resolved. That’s pretty petty hope you get over yourself someday. Good luck with that.
