Mike was such a pleasure to work with. My vehicle’s check engine light came on and started running funny. I brought it in and sadly my engine had seized. Not only did he do everything he could to find me the right replacement but also did everything he could to make sure it was the best for the price which took some extra effort and footwork. I can say enough about the level or professionalism and customer service here. I would refer friends and family here for quality service.

I had to get an alignment done on my BMW. They took care of me and made the whole process smooth and painless. I highly recommend this place. Very friendly and professional. Keep up the GREAT work guys!!!

Motorpool is who I recommend all my friends to when they need work done on their car. The staff is knowledgeable, the shop is clean, and they do quality work!

Man, what a top notch place. I came in a few weeks ago because my truck was making a big thunk sound at every stop and start. I had told the guys at Motorpool that I thought it was the front hubs. When they inspected the hubs, they found that they were in bad shape, and replaced them along with some related components. After I left the shop, I found that the truck was still making the same thunk sound. I returned to Steve at the shop and told him that the sound was still there. After a few more minutes of checking out the underside of the truck, he determined that it was actually the engine and transmission mounts causing the problem. He then told me that he was sorry for not addressing the mounts first, and said he would take care of it at no charge. Today he did exactly that. I can't tell you how relieved I was, because the first job was not inexpensive. I have NEVER experienced that kind of integrity from any business before. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Motorpool to anyone for any vehicle. They have earned a life time customer with me for sure, and I'm sure they will do the same for you.

Motorpool Automotive was so efficient and friendly in their services. Their waiting room is very clean and comfortable with great snacks, which I really appreciate :)

Do yourself a favor and take your car to Motorpool, you won't regret it. Display their decal on your car and receive VIP status benefits. Best part of it all, I can honestly say they'll do a top-notch job and you'll drive away feeling like you made the right choice.

Every once in a while, you come across competent and honest folks, like this, hold on to them. Unfortunately, we've become used to being on guard for the bait and switch or the gotchas ('we found you need a new engine') and upselling nonsense. Customers are smarter than this and I think Motorpool understands. Just take your car in and get it fixed, unless you like the games.

Only time I have ever actually enjoyed getting the oil changed! Seriously. First thing I saw when I walked in was their arcade size Street Fighter game in the lobby. They're "waiting room" felt more like hanging out at home, except there wasn't any beer :) Played Mario kart on the SNES and watched The Office on Netflix. There was an assortment of snacks, coffee, tea, sparkling water, etc. Also, it was only time I've ever talked to mechanics and not felt like a moron that just got screwed over. The owner Steve, and one of the other guys, (I'm sorry we didn't get his name) spent time listening to us and answering our questions about our other vehicles, did some research for us, took the time to explain everything to us, and seemed happy to do it. It is obvious that they are very experienced and knowledgable, but the fact that they are so down to earth and straight forward is so unbelievably appreciated and rare these days. My mazda3 needs an oil change, and I need more old school Mario Kart :)

I first heard about this shop from a friend while I was living in San Jose three years ago. Now I live 60 miles from them and they're still the only place I'll take my car, even just for an oil change. I can trust them no matter what, and they've always gone out of their way to be clear, fair, and thorough. Thanks guys! It's a wonderful thing to never have to worry about whether your car is in good hands.

I'm not from the Campbell area, I live in Aptos, but I was visiting a friend. I needed a quick oil change a repair to fix a slow tire leak and pull a nail from one of my tires. I gave Motorpool a call and was impressed that they could take my car right away. The service person who worked with me was named Joe. He was professional, bright, and very friendly. I must say, I've never had a better experience at an auto shop!!!! They're honest and hard-working. The didn't try to upsell anything to me. Since I had to wait for my car, I was pleased to see that they had a comfortable waiting room featuring a video arcade machine, free snacks and drinks, electronics charging station, wifi, Netflix, etc. I was so entertained that I hardly noticed the time go by. I'm so happy I've found this place, and I intend to use them again.
