My appointment was confirmed by text, and approval of all cost estimates were by text as well, which was very convenient. Steven, the owner, and Dell, the mechanic, were helpful. They communicated promptly, with detailed explanation of costs and pictures of damaged parts. I had a great experience and would recommend them highly.

They were reasonably priced, reasonably fast, and kept me informed — digitally even — of the progress on fixing my AC. My only complaint, and it’s small, is that they pulled everything out of my glove box and then left it on the passenger seat floor rather than putting it back. Service: Air conditioning
