I have been having my vehicles serviced and repaired at Motorpool Automotive since they opened. Even having left the Bay Area 3 years ago I still bring my vehicles back because the quality work and customer experience has not been matched. Always received great service here and everyone who works here has been very welcoming & helpful. Even while you wait they have a fully stocked lounge area with WiFi, chargers, snacks & drinks, a flat screen, etc. Definitely recommend Motorpool if you're looking for a quality shop to go to in the San Jose area.

Brought a car here for a pre sale inspection and received valuable advice. Also the waiting room is super clean and decked out with water, coffee snacks, Netflix and video games. You can tell the staff has pride in their business.

I had been looking for a new, local shop when I won a gift certificate for Motorpool! I stopped in yesterday for an oil change on my 20 year old car. The service was quick and included an inspection, which my antique car passed with flying colors! The staff and owner are friendly and thorough. The waiting area is comfortable, has a T.V. streaming Netflix, plus snacks and coffee! Makes the time fly! Additionally, they support their community - I won a gift certificate and a benefit for local family. I will be returning for future maintenance.

New to the area, and my truck was on its last leg. I was short on cash, but was able to receive assistance from a program than helped out veterans in serious need. I tried the main dealerships to see if they could give me a quote, but almost all of them said I would have to wait a week before I could be see. I then searched around locally, but found business's that would just gouge me on prices or just seemed like they could not pull off the work I really needed to have done. I'm a full time student, and I live pretty far from campus so having my truck fixed ASAP was so imperative. I finally stumbled across Motorpool Automotive, and let me just say that Steve, Chris and Joe have truly gone above and beyond on assisting me with everything I needed. This shop worked with me on every level, and was very receptive towards myself when I would seem to always have something else come up; whether it be payment issues or transportation. I rarely have seen any type of empathy and pathos like this from any business since I had been in the military. This shop not only guarantees their work, but really helps relieve any fear of going to a shop and thinking that you're going to get taken advantage of. I just wanted to say thank you so much for all your tremendous work and sincerity towards your customers. You guys are the real MVP 100%

Great shop. All I had done was a break fluid change but they were quick, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Will be back when I need more done.

The guys at Motorpool Automotive are very knowledgeable and experienced! I've had great experiences every time I have taken my vehicles in for service. I recommend them to all of my family and friends who love them too. Great lounge and snacks available while you wait for your vehicle's service to be completed.

This place did an incredible amount of damage to my car and never took responsibility for it. Absolute worst experience I've had at a mechanic. The owner was entirely dismissive. It took weeks to get my car back from them when I just took it in for routine work.
