We took our truck to Motorpool and the service we received was top notch! Steve helped us with all of our needs. He emailed us a estimate on everything we needed done, the price was reasonable and he even followed up with us to make sure we didn't have any further questions. The quote he sent us was easy to understand with no hidden fees. He was honest with us about what we needed to do right away and what we could wait to do. The job was finished earlier than expected and we even found a bunch of COVID friendly gifts waiting for us in the truck. Steve is very thoughtful and knowledgeable. I always take my car to Steve and his team. I bring my car to their shop in Campbell from Santa Cruz because I trust them! I drive an older VW Passat, I have had smog and vacuum issues recently and they have always done their best to take great care of me! No hassles, fair pricing! The staff here is always friendly and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong at Motorpool! The shop can be a little hard to find if you follow google directions. They're definitely a hidden gem that I want to share with the world!

These guys have great service! I follow them on IG and needed some work done that I didn't have time to do personally. First time in, dropped off when they opened, had an estimate text within 30 to 40 min. Easy Covid drop off with key drop and sanitized key pickup. Keep your money local, have any automotive repairs done here. Great Job on my F150 MPA!
