I had a rush to get the maintenance done by the same day I brought my twenty year old Honda Cr v in at noon and these guys worked three hours extra during the holiday season just to get my car ready for the drive to Arizona the next day. My car was laking on maintenance for five years or so, and they got it all done in one day. They did multiple brake/suspension/engine repairs and updated me with the pictures on what they changed in. Motorpool performed the 60k-mile service on my Lexus, per the factory specs. I got an appointment right away and the work was done in less than 2 hours while I waited. They were very accommodating and patient with me since 2 weeks prior the car had to be towed because rodents had chewed the cables to a cylinder. Not only did they take care of me and my car for a reasonable price, they made sure I had a ride after dropping my car off, and even picked me up at my house when my car was ready!
