These guys are practicing excellent COVID-19 compliance. Diagnosed my problem when Midas just wanted to replace parts according to codes pulled. Motorpool narrowed down the actual problem and repaired the issue. The corresponding method via text and payments are smooth. They'll talk on the phone or communicate via text which is nice while being busy at work. I also got some nice shwag. Thanks everybody at Motorpool!! From one essential worker to another, we're keeping things moving.

These folks are awesome. Honest, straightforward, reasonably priced, and have always made good on what they say they will do. They are the only shop I have ever been loyal to and they earned it. And they’re super Covid safe and even gave out free hand sanitizer last time I was there!

I switched to Motorpool from my old mechanic a few years ago. Their waiting room has guitars, rv, snacks and refreshments, their staff is super non-ripoffy and accommodating and chill and their prices are always a great deal. I have their sticker on my car just like so many others I see on the road, and as a result I get all these free services. They just picked my car up to take it in for an oil change and check up and will return it back to me! For free! Now that's adaptive pivoting for a local, small business that I like to see. I'd recommend supporting these guys for any car mechanic needs. Still can't believe they pick up and return my car for me for free. Insanely awesome!

Used them a bunch of times and satisfied. I suggest every time to those with auto care needs to call or visit. I'd wager better care and consideration can't be found.

Motorpool folks were excellent in terms of service right from start to finish. They confirmed the appointment and instructions were fairly clear on what to do once there for a contactless drop off and pick up. They were communicative and upfront about all the changes. They have an excellent system for providing updates on the service and any changes or recommendations and provide you the option and explanation for all the work that is to be done. High marks all around.
