This place has never done me wrong. 100% customer satisfaction. They are always honest, hard-working, quick, easy to deal with, and very professional. I am proud to have a sticker that represents where I get my car serviced, and they reward me for that by giving me outrageously great prices for the outstanding work that they do! Now my car looks, sounds, and feels amazing. And I always know that I will make it back for the next inspection. Because that's how dependable they are. Thank you, Steve and team!

Had my car breaks checked as they were making a noise (sounds like air leaking). I was told that nothing is wrong and the breaks are fine. Something seemed off about the way they said this. It made me think that they didn't check anything. I mean, something HAS to be off for the breaks to leak air. So I took it elsewhere today for a second opinion and guess what? There IS a problem with my breaks! My car needs to have the break booster replaced. Having to commute every day and driving 2 little ones, and being told the breaks are fine when they're NOT is extremely disappointing and honestly, I'm pissed. Save your money and go somewhere else. I chose this place because it's close to work and bc of the reviews but I'm never going here again.

This place has a GREAT reputation, and for good reason! My family has been going to Motorpool for a while and the only thing I have to say is that the owner Steve is VERY helpful. His employees are very friendly and knowledgeable as well. There had been a slight miscommunication but everything was resolved quickly and efficiently. Steve's level of professionalism and customer care is seriously as good as it gets. I know that when I go to this place, I will get taken care of. I would totally recommend this place to a friend, or anyone looking for an honest service. Aside from being a great Auto Repair shop, it has an excellent lounge - it's stocked with snacks, drinks, a super comfy couch, and TV w/a streaming service. Steve even has his own hot sauce if you are brave enough to try - it's pretty spicy!

These guys rock. Know what they're doing and they're passionate about it. Very cool, laid back place. Very pleased with the quality and service.

These guys are awesome! I felt in great hands with my car. The guys even let me borrow a truck they had at the shop for the night so I could get around. This is the second time that I have taken my car there. They explained everything they needed to do well and gave me great advice. I felt like I was talking to an uncle or a family friend. If I have any issues with my car again I will definitely be going back.

My husband found Motorpool Automotive for me online awhile back, and today was my third service with them. I scheduled an oil change online last week for today. Steve and his crew continue to provide awesome, expedient and most important of all, honest service. Today was my first oil change; I was in and out in 45 minutes! Free Wi-fi, yummy snacks in the waiting room and friendly, expedient service. Go here for all your car needs. You won't be disappointed.

These guys know what they are doing when it comes to cars. The owner Steve is super nice and very helpful and they are in the business for all the right reasons. Whenever someone has car troubles, I recommend them every time.

Gave one price on the phone but increased later. One person blamed the other for the mistake. I took my business elsewhere. Apologized for the error so I am not giving 1 star.

These guys are amazing! Auto repair shops get a bad rap sometimes, but not these guys! They are thorough, honest, and have fair pricing. I sent my grandma to them and they did not nickel and dime her at all, they went out of their way to make her day, which meant the world to me. I would not trust anyone else with my car maintenance, and I recommend them to everyone I know.

I found Motorpool Automotive about 3 years ago after a very thorough search of reputable mechanics in the area. I have been taking all of my cars there ever since and have never had any issues at all! The guys are always very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and will even give me a ride to work after drop-off :) I really appreciate that they are reasonably priced and will not purposely add stuff on that you don't need. Need an oil change? An oil change they'll do! Don't know what you need? They'll give you a run down! You aren't "accidentally" charged for any services unless they run it by you, so in the end, you are in control of how much you want them to do. Of course for me, I trust them and know they are the experts. I love my cars and would not just take them anywhere! Yea sure, you have the option of taking your car to the dealership but good luck with those mark-ups. These guys here will go above and beyond and know what the heck they are doing. I've referred many people here and not ONCE have I heard a complaint. Plus, I do not refer unless I'm completely and consistently satisfied :)
