I've been taking my car to Motorpool pretty much since they opened, and wouldn't trust my car in any other shop. Everyone I've ever dealt with there has been nothing but courteous and patient enough to explain any issues with my car like I was 5, which was very necessary. All their pricing is comparable around the area, and they even have a deal where if you slap one of their stickers on the back of your car, you'll get a discounted oil change and a percentage (I can't remember how much 10-20%?) off your service. If you have time to wait around, their waiting room is clean and stacked to the gills with snacks! and cable! I'm glad I finally found a spot where I can trust that I'm getting the best bang for my buck, that is also comfortable if I have to wait around.

I've been coming to Motorpool for years now.. My friends and family recommended me. I've been a happy camper ever since I tell all my friends about Motorpool .. Fair,honest and nice people.

Took my wife's 2010 Rav4 for an oil change. They told me the car needed to have the transmission fluid changed and it needed new shocks and struts. Job cost me $ 1400. They then said my 2011 Highlander needed to have new transmission fluid. I called another shop that specializes in Toyotas and Lexus work and was told that both of my cars NEVER need to have the transmission changed. Fluid is lifetime. Beware if they suggest work that needs to be done and get a 2nd opinion.

I've taken my car here a few times for maintenance and repairs. The prices are way better then most places I was taking my car. And they don't jerk you around. They tell you exactly what is wrong and the soon to be going wrong. I took my car to madias for an oil change, and oil change. And I got a call saying I need this fixed and this fixed and this fixed and this fixed and it'd cost me $1200. All I wanted was an oil change. I took my car here and it was yes you do need these fixed but what needs to be felt with first is this. They broke it down for me top priority to low priority and the prices for each thing. It's amazing. I know most places take advantage of people who don't know much about vehicles, but Motorpool is very trusting and reliable. I've referred a few people over to them because of how awesome they are. They know to keep a customer you gotta make them happy and they will keep coming back and bring more with them. The service was quick and the people there are great. I dropped my car off in the morning thinking it'd be an all day maybe 2 repair and it was done within a few hours. I love this place!!!! :)

Can't speak highly enough of the service I've had at Motorpool. The team there is accommodating, fair and honest. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my motor back here if I have trouble in the future.

Owner was generous in honoring reasonable price and extending great service despite limited resources. Definitely appreciate the great service and responsiveness. Would highly recommend.
