I have had nothing but great experiences with Motorpool. They've taken care of my car multiple times and kept me in the loop every time. Steven is honest and upfront about what needs to be done and what it will cost, and he never over charges. All the workers are super friendly and patient, and always make me feel taken care of. Motorpool is seriously the best shop around.

I was a loyal customer to Goodyear Gemini Tire until they failed to honor the "lifetime" warranty that was supposed to be offered with the $400 brake job they did on my 07 Saturn Vue. I then called Steven here at Motorpool and asked if he could just check the brakes because there was grinding, and to see if he could tell me if it was "Normal wear and Tear" or if they were faulty. Steven took the time to explain to me what the issue was, and showed me as well. He immediately ordered all the parts and had them delivered to the shop while my car was still in the air. While waiting the short period of time that this took, I was able to get on my laptop and work because they have free wifi and free coffee, water, soda and snacks. He literally said, help yourself to whatever you see. Plus they also have a large flat screen that streams Netflix movies, if that's what you prefer to do. I hope my car doesn't have any issues, but if it does, I will not hesitate to bring it back to Steven and the awesome group of guys here at Motorpool. I recommend this place to all my friends and family! And you will too!

I took my vehicle into motorpool automotive after having some car issues. It was in and out within a matter of A few hours and working just like The day I bought her! Good bunch of guys and great all-around shop, would recommend to anyone! They really are all about their customer service which is hard to find these days. Also the free wifi and snacks are awesome

Don't use Motorpool for anything that costs more than a few hundred! I sure learned my lesson. As a first time customer, I had Motorpool replace my car's transmission. I figured if I paid the more than $3200 price to have them do it, I would get back a nicely working car. When I got the car back, the transmission worked but the heater had been broken, and now every 15 seconds I hear a loud whine and grunty noise coming from it, which is extremely annoying, and the heater is stuck all the way on hot so the longer I drive it the more cooked I get! I thought I would get back a driveable vehicle, but nope! When I asked them to fix it, and that the heater was working just fine when I brought it in to them, their answer was that because it would take about 4 hours for them to get to that heater door, they weren't responsible for it, and that I would have to pay them another approximately $750 to have them fix it! They said that because the heater isn't directly connected to the transmission, that the heater door actuator must have coincidentally died on the day they were working on my car. Nice try! They won't stand behind their work, even when the price tag is easily into the thousands. Time to take our business elsewhere..

I love Motorpool Automotive. Steven is super honest (he doesn't try to overcharge me like some other mechanics!) and just an all around nice person! He took care of my Prius and I plan on coming back! Thanks Steven!

I found Motorpool Automotive via Yelp and decided to try them since they had excellent reviews. The previous reviews were spot on! I received an honest estimate on the work and all work performed (door locks, suspension, tires) was flawless. They even quieted my brakes for no charge. I have a 1993 BMW 740il and even at it's advanced age, taking this car to a shop automatically triggers the dollar signs. These guys know what they're doing and don't gouge you in the process, which was refreshing. My car hasn't been running this great in a long time. I just found my new go-to shop.

As far as auto shops go, Motorpool is great. I recently had a terrible experience at Courtesy Chevrolet and got WAAAAY overcharged. Basically, I got bent over on labor. I learned that was probably the worst mistake all year. That being said, I went to Motorpool for some other issues I was having with my car and got some of the best service I've ever gotten at an auto shop. Steve took care of me and after having a look at what was going on with my vehicle, he gave me some straight up, no BS answers on what I needed to do and gave me fair and reasonable quote on how much it would cost to get it done. One thing I feel when I go there is while yes, they are running a business and need to turn a profit, that comes second to the fact that they like working on cars and being good people to those that walk through their doors. PLUS, they invited me out to a local music show they had AT the shop and I had a blast. Do yourself a favor. Hit up Motorpool. Find em on Facebook.

The company I work for has vans that are heavily used daily. We got our oil changes here recently, and it was an amazing experience! Steve was particularly helpful, courteous, and friendly. The service was fast and affordable. We are very pleased with the service we received here, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

Got my Accord brakes replaced here. They have Wi Fi and some snacks while customers wait. They also provide home drop off service if you are closeby. That said, they jammed the nut while fastening the tires back. I didn't know this and found out only after I took my car to Costco for tire rotation. They couldn't unscrew the nut since it was jammed and asked me to get back to Motorpool. Chris was courteous to inspect the problem and offered free repair under the warranty. He rescheduled me for another appointment so his lead mechanic could work on it. They were kind enough to drop me and pick me up from home. They took two hours to drill into the bolt, break it and replace it with a new one. Great customer service. Prices on the higher side (not as much as dealers). Quality of work fair. Responsible enough to own up and correct mistakes.

If you want top-notch service with great customer service, hard-working go to Steve's Motorpool! I brought my car in today to check out my brakes they were making a horrible noise, Steve and his team helped me immediately took my car back. Steve told me exactly what was wrong and that my breaks and my rotors needed to be done then when he told me how much the repairs were going to be and for the labor, I was ready!!! he gave me a great deal and said my car would be ready in a hour. Motorpool was a clean and friendly environment and had lots of goodies in the front waiting room to snack on... what can I say "the best service I've ever had!"
