After calling the dealership directly to see if they could fix an issue with my car's monitors needing to be "ready" for a smog check (it's a drive check for the catalyst) and getting a response of - we've never heard of that and don't know how to fix it unless you bring it in for a full diagnosis first, I called Motorpool. The guys at Motorpool were friendly and knew what I was talking about immediately. The fix was a little more time consuming than we all expected, but they were helpful, explained what happened and how they worked on it and assured me it would be good to go for the smog check. The Motorpool staff are all upfront and helpful. It's nice to have a neighborhood mechanic to rely on.

Came here yesterday after waiting at a jiffy lube because whoever was supposed to open didn't show. Look on yelp and found these guys. Called them and they were willing to take me in on short notice for an oil change. Big points! Waiting room is stocked with lots of treats! Biscotti, Doritos, granola bars, Fritos, cup o soup, tea, coffee... and they were playing the new Jurassic park on tv. Definitely better than other places! Plus it's clean which I can't say for a lot of auto places. Prices are better than competitors for oil changes and these guys seem different in that they don't gouge you for everything other places do. They give you what you need and that's it and you are welcome to take their suggestions or not. As a side note, I heard one of the employees dealing with a difficult customer on the phone and was impressed at his calm demeanor and ability to explain the issue to the customer and try to offer a resolution. Definitely showed they try to take care of their customers. Would definitely be back. *Only suggestion is that they really should ask customers before putting a decal on their car. And not to mention peeling it off took forever bc it was all individual pieces.

Great service, friendly and honest! Went in for a tune up SUV runs great. Going back for brake job now. I trust this business.

Motorpool is a great place to get your Automotive work done. I simply just had an oil change but the nice marshmallow of a man,(so sweet) I think his name was Steve, at the front desk was accommodating and very kind to all my needs. I was a bit overwhelmed with my infant and my two year old with me that day but he kept my two year old entertained and made the process of the oil change a speedy one. I definitely will be returning for any of my Auto Care needs. Thanks motorpool!

Where do I start, One of the worst experiences. ! I go in for a transmission leak, in FEB. and leave with a $3,088.48 bill. They say, they have completed all the work.. I go pick up the car, Oh... we didn't fix the transmission leak? I am a bit confused. I leave the car again to have the leak fixed. They say its all good... I drive it for two months. It starts to leak, I bring the back in on April 25th. Steve calls that will be an additional $620.00 dollars. I am like what? arguing ensues. Motorpool decides they are going to do me another favor and fix for free? Motorpool keeps the car for two weeks because of the need to order parts. The call comes on May 9th .. come pick up your car, we don't do transmission work. and by the way, don't drive your car. Yup ! don't drive your car !!! Maybe had they told me Feb. that they don't do transmission work, I would haven't had any of the 3,000 dollars worth of work done plus tell me they do transmission work ?

I can't be more pleased with the results of the work in my 11' Escape. I was in need of a bunch of work. These guys went above and beyond, took care of me and my ride. I'm in their debt and would recommend Motorpool Automotive to everyone. I know car repairs can be stressful, might as well go get help from the best in town! I know where I'm going from now on.

I LOVE Motorpool! I randomly stopped in for an oil change and my experience was totally awesome! The guys were friendly and they were sufficient and quick not to mention the free snacks and movies that are available to watch while you wait! I've come here since for car repairs as well as several events which is awesome because they are really involved with the community. Another thing that is great are the free service specials you get when you refer customers! Score on another oil change!!!! I definitely recommend giving Motorpool a try!

I cannot say enough about the boys at Motorpool! One thing is for sure they are HONEST!! Not everyone, myself included, knows anything about cars. Its refreshing to have someone call you after you drop off your vehicle and give it you strait what's up with the vehicle. I have been taking my cars to Steve at Motorpool and I have never felt led on, ripped off, or cheated in any way by any of the mechanics. They are friendly, courteous, and have integrity! They work fast, diligently, and with fidelity. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND MOTORPOOL!

I have a great experience every time I walk through the door!! Everyone is super friendly,Joe at the front is super helpful and sweet and really makes me feel heard. The service is fast, affordable and reliable, and I always feel appreciated for my business.

One of the worst places to get your car in. I brought my car in today for an oil and filter change. I have already been to this place for a couple of times to service my car since I work close by. I came in to drop my car and the person assisting was just downright compelling me to do unnecessary services like Power Steering, Air Filter, etc etc etc. Then he would start talking about road safety and all that blah blah blah. Even after me repeatedly saying that I only want to do the Oil and Filter Change, he finally starts to say - "You know what , don't come here again if you just need to do your oil change. It's a loss for me as I need to pay 27 dollars labor for a 30 dollar Oil Change". Are you kidding me ? Is this how you treat a customer. Is it wrong of the customer to just ask for the services he needs and politely deny other services that was just shoved down my throat ? And the person continues to say that - "I don't have come here again for an oil change". Despite all this, I decided to leave my car here. The worst part follows, I get a call in the afternoon saying my car is ready for picky up. I go pick up my car and start driving it. In less than 10 seconds in the middle of the road my CAR STOPS. Again I start the car drive for like 10 feet, my car STOPS. What a threat to LIFE !!! I somehow managed to pull my car into a vet hospital and made a call to these guys. Someone from the shop came in and opened the hood just to see that the Air Filter Box Cap was just LEFT OPEN and that unfiltered air was going in to stop the car from moving. I mean WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE ? Why do they have to inspect the air filter despite me saying not to do so. AND WHY LEAVE IT OPEN ? There are no SERVICE CLOSURE GUIDELINES ? DISAPPOINTED!!!
