Best automotive shop I've been too by far. Guys that work there are super friendly and professional. Waiting room has free coffee, drinks, snacks, tv with Netflix. It felt like I was at home chillin. On top of all that they took me with no appointment last minute at 3 o'clock.

Great guys, showed me what was going on inside the engine when they had it lifted.

From the moment I called this place the service was absolutely great. Their employees are very friendly and accommodating. I came here for a Lyft inspection after having a terrible experience at an AAMCO nearby and the service at Motorpool was night and day compared to AAMCO. I came to my appointment and Chris, I believe, took my information and had me sit down in the waiting area. The area was super clean, had a tv, drinks and phone chargers for people waiting for their cars. I waited no more than 30 minutes and my car was ready to go. Unfortunately I am leasing my car so I'll be taking it to the dealer for service, but if I ever need to come back here with a different vehicle I will ! It's super close to my house and I cannot stress how friendly they are! Thanks so much for turning a bad experience into an awesome one!

Brought my leveled 12 Yukon Denali in for alignment. I installed the 2./1" leveling kit and new wheels myself; and Motorpool was upfront on alignments on non stock geometry suspensions. However they said the will get it done right. Minor tweak here and there and not only am I in the "range" of factory specs, it actually drives straight and feels aligned. Kudos to a shop that doesn't kick it out the door and say it is within specs, but actually test drives the vehicles to confirm they ride great!! Shout out to a badass owner and a very helpful crew. Customer service is their top priority which is very rare!!!

I feel like I should update my review since it's been a hot second. BEST SERVICE EVER! You always feel welcomed when you walk through their door AND they have snacks!! But in all honestly they are really awesome here. I personally know absolutely nothing about cars and the staff here breaks it down so you fully understand what's going on. I'm happy to rock my Motorpool Automotive sticker on my car :)

We have taken our cars to Motorpool for several years, now. We always get good service, the guys are friendly and professional. AND if you put their bumper sticker on your bumper you get a 10% discount on some of their services. The shop is well run and I refer my friends there any time they need a new mechanic themselves.

Very professional on the phone but will only install parts that they supply. Apparently that includes oil and factory oil filter. I understand the policy but have a customer sign that says if the part the customer supplied fails they are not liable. But again I do understand their logic and policy

I had a great experience here! I came here alone (though a bit nervous coming alone as a young female who doesn't know much about cars) to get my oil changed. Chris helped me and was very nice. He made sure to tell me about their special going on for their oil change which saved me about $25! He was extremely informative and checked in with me multiple times so I'd know what they were doing with my car and things I should look out for. While in the waiting room, I noticed how clean everything was (including the restroom). There were plenty of snacks, drinks, and they even had a Roku player on their tv!

I've had services done since 2012 on my older truck. At least 4-5 visits and continue to be impressed with their willingness to help and are realistic and fair. My most recent visit was due to a self inflicted fuel pump gaff where I did other damage making something not so good into something very bad. I had no other options and expressed that so they took the extra time and effort, given the many regular work which needed to be handled, and it got fixed and runs better than ever now. Pointed out another item I'll contact them to address \ schedule too.
