I would never take my car anywhere else. Steve and crew are the most knowledgeable, efficient and honest automotive specialists in the Bay Area. I recommend getting one of their stickers (I know you've seen them). With a stickers you gets deals and discounts on your services. Don't waste any time or money anywhere else!

I went to get my car looked at they said the parts were "bad" I told them out them back instead they stole them! Now two weeks later I'm changing the problem myself and they're just gone !

I have no idea what you're talking about .. We don't steal parts we get parts at a wholesale..

This place goes above and beyond. I've taken my car here a few times for repairs and they definitely don't take advantage of their customers. They fix exactly what you need fixed and they tell you what you should be focusing on next. Most places I've gone to on the past do the you need this and this and this and you need it now kinda thing. They took great care of me and my car and gave me a list of things I need fixed, from top priority to lower priority. Can't thank these guys enough, they are my car heros!

Steve is the Best! I have never been so well taken care of. Their prices with the sticker deal is bonkers! With me, they have a customer for life. PS: love the selection of snacks.

You wrote a review for Motorpool Automotive A moment ago 1.0 star rating 4/25/2017 One of the worst places to get your car in. I brought my car in today for an oil and filter change. I have already been to this place for a couple of times to service my car since I work close by. I came in to drop my car and the person assisting was just downright compelling me to do unnecessary services like Power Steering, Air Filter, etc etc etc. Then he would start talking about road safety and all that blah blah blah. Even after me repeatedly saying that I only want to do the Oil and Filter Change, he finally starts to say - "You know what , don't come here again if you just need to do your oil change. It's a loss for me as I need to pay 27 dollars labor for a 30 dollar Oil Change". Are you kidding me ? Is this how you treat a customer. Is it wrong of the customer to just ask for the services he needs and politely deny other services that was just shoved down my throat ? And the person continues to say that - "I don't have come here again for an oil change". Despite all this, I decided to leave my car here. The worst part follows, I get a call in the afternoon saying my car is ready for picky up. I go pick up my car and start driving it. In less than 10 seconds in the middle of the road my CAR STOPS. Again I start the car drive for like 10 feet, my car STOPS. What a threat to LIFE !!! I somehow managed to pull my car into a vet hospital and made a call to these guys. Someone from the shop came in and opened the hood just to see that the Air Filter Box Cap was just LEFT OPEN and that unfiltered air was going in to stop the car from moving. I mean WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE ? Why do they have to inspect the air filter despite me saying not to do so. AND WHY LEAVE IT OPEN ? There are no SERVICE CLOSURE GUIDELINES ? DISAPPOINTED!!!

My employee apologized up-and-down to you we have what is called a sticker deal will change that you signed up for .. When they start to do this job they are on auto pilot as far as checking everything to ensure no item has been left unturned.. Yes he did leave your air filter box open it was a mistake and he said he was sorry he almost broke down in tears.. Again sir we apologize up and down.. I was making a note at the front desk to not ever ask you again in regards to your air filter and your power steering service because at the desk you told me that you had already had them done.. if that is the case you should go back there because it has not been done.. I didn't want to bother you anymore in regards to the services that you did not care to have done with us.. So what I was trying to get at was is that we will do your oil change and we will not do the inspections anymore because you don't want us to do any mechanical work done on your vehicle other than an oil change.. I never once told you that we did not want to work on your vehicle.. And again we are so sorry that you are so personally offended by everything that transpired.. We try to be open and honest with everybody not everybody likes that and I'm sorry that you were offended.
