I am very happy to write about the amazing level of service that I found at this shop. The repair guy Chris (I think he may also be the owner) explained to me in very good detail what was wrong with my toyota. He advised me on what needed to be repaired now, and other things that I could wait to do later. I was amazed that there are guys that could be so honest and not worry about selling me a bunch of stuff that I do not need (this has happened to me before by other shops). I am very happy I found this shop and will be bringing my vehicle there for all of my future repairs. GREAT SERVICE, PRICE, AND FACILITY!

One thing everyone needs is an honest auto repair shop, and from my experience working with Chris at Motorpool Automotive, I have found mine for life. Car repair and service is a huge hassle, and for most of us it usually comes down to "can I trust these guys?" My situation was a great example of "yes I do!" Chris explained everything to me so there would be no surprises. He actually steered me away from a particular requested repair because it was not worth the expense. The fact that he took the time to get pricing and then lost out on a repair charge speaks volumes to me. What he did do was all the right services at a fair price. He's been fixing cars for 20 years and really cares about building trust with his customers. I highly recommend Motorpool Automotive!

Chris recently replaced the transmission on my 2007 Ford Fusion and did an excellent job!! He saved me a lot of money compared to what the other shops quoted me. If you need anything done on your car give this place a try. Chris is an experienced and honest mechanic.

Great service! Chris helped me when I was in a jam on a holiday. He looked at my Mini Cooper and told me what he thought was wrong and gave great advice on the different options I had as my car was 8 years old. Chris didn't even charge me for the diagnosis and when I had to go to the dealer for a specific part that Chris couldn't get for me in time due to the holidays as I do a lot of driving for my two jobs, the dealer gave me the exact same diagnosis as Chris. I trust Chris and will go back when I need anything car related. Please give Motorpool a chance next time you have car trouble or need an oil change. I had a great experience and hopefully you will too.

Chris is a super-nice guy! The service was extremely fast, and I got out of there for a very reasonable price. He had to order a part from somewhere, and I still got my car back the same day. Awesome. I'm recommending Motorpool to everyone I know in the area.

It's only taken me 15 years to find a mechanic I like and trust but better late than never! Honest to a fault, Chris has your best interests in mind. Without repeating what the other reviewers have said, I will say I agree with them and encourage you to go to Motorpool for an oil change or major repair. You will not be disappointed.

It feels great to be able to trust your mechanic. A few months ago I got a new set of tires and at that shop (*not* Motorpool), I was told I needed new struts. When I brought my car to Chris for some work, I told him what I'd been told about the struts. He checked them and said that as long as I was OK with the ride there wasn't any need from a safety standpoint to replace them. It could wait a while he said. Who ever heard of a mechanic telling you to wait a while? Normally, you get the whole doom and gloom story of why you need things done *right now*! I'm so happy that there's someone I can bring my cars to who will look out for me and my cars.

This place is great! At least two other mechanics could not figure out the problem with my mom's car so I took it to Motorpool. Man, it seemed that I no sooner dropped the car off and I received a call stating they found the "problem" ... and for a much lower cost than I assumed it would be. Not only that, they fixed the a/c for us too!

Wow... Finally an honest shop that does great work at affordable prices. Recommending them to all of my friends.
