I found Motorpool Automotive via Yelp and decided to try them since they had excellent reviews. The previous reviews were spot on! I received an honest estimate on the work and all work performed (door locks, suspension, tires) was flawless. They even quieted my brakes for no charge. I have a 1993 BMW 740il and even at it's advanced age, taking this car to a shop automatically triggers the dollar signs. These guys know what they're doing and don't gouge you in the process, which was refreshing. My car hasn't been running this great in a long time. I just found my new go-to shop.

As far as auto shops go, Motorpool is great. I recently had a terrible experience at Courtesy Chevrolet and got WAAAAY overcharged. Basically, I got bent over on labor. I learned that was probably the worst mistake all year. That being said, I went to Motorpool for some other issues I was having with my car and got some of the best service I've ever gotten at an auto shop. Steve took care of me and after having a look at what was going on with my vehicle, he gave me some straight up, no BS answers on what I needed to do and gave me fair and reasonable quote on how much it would cost to get it done. One thing I feel when I go there is while yes, they are running a business and need to turn a profit, that comes second to the fact that they like working on cars and being good people to those that walk through their doors. PLUS, they invited me out to a local music show they had AT the shop and I had a blast. Do yourself a favor. Hit up Motorpool. Find em on Facebook.

The company I work for has vans that are heavily used daily. We got our oil changes here recently, and it was an amazing experience! Steve was particularly helpful, courteous, and friendly. The service was fast and affordable. We are very pleased with the service we received here, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

Got my Accord brakes replaced here. They have Wi Fi and some snacks while customers wait. They also provide home drop off service if you are closeby. That said, they jammed the nut while fastening the tires back. I didn't know this and found out only after I took my car to Costco for tire rotation. They couldn't unscrew the nut since it was jammed and asked me to get back to Motorpool. Chris was courteous to inspect the problem and offered free repair under the warranty. He rescheduled me for another appointment so his lead mechanic could work on it. They were kind enough to drop me and pick me up from home. They took two hours to drill into the bolt, break it and replace it with a new one. Great customer service. Prices on the higher side (not as much as dealers). Quality of work fair. Responsible enough to own up and correct mistakes.

If you want top-notch service with great customer service, hard-working go to Steve's Motorpool! I brought my car in today to check out my brakes they were making a horrible noise, Steve and his team helped me immediately took my car back. Steve told me exactly what was wrong and that my breaks and my rotors needed to be done then when he told me how much the repairs were going to be and for the labor, I was ready!!! he gave me a great deal and said my car would be ready in a hour. Motorpool was a clean and friendly environment and had lots of goodies in the front waiting room to snack on... what can I say "the best service I've ever had!"

I got referred to these guys from O'Rielys, and they have been amazing! This is my car shop now. Very honest guys, and do great work! If anyone ever needs work done and wants an honest, reliable, good priced place, this is your shop!

Excellent service,friendly, got the job done right and on time definitely a 5 star for these guys. No bs, very straightforward and honest. Had a wheel bearing go out during a time crunch for work,they understood and had me back on the road in no time. A+++

Saw the 5-star average review of this place on Yelp and had to see it to believe it. There's no such thing as a 5-stars on Yelp... My brake pads were getting (dangerously) low so I had to make a few calls around to get a few quotes. This place was the most affordable and the guy I got on the phone (Ryan) was very pleasant to talk to so I made an appointment. SERVICE I met about 5 guys that worked here during my car's service and all of them were super nice to talk to. I was given options of whether I wanted to replace my rotors/pads completely or just the pads and in which situations it would be a better decision. Since the rotors were fine and I basically wore my brake pads perfectly down to the wear indicator, it was a better choice to just replace the pads themselves and save myself the cost of replacing rotors. So far the brakes feel great, I don't anticipate anything going wrong with them. But if there was any issues, I was told to bring it back b/c of their 1-yr warranty on parts and labor. PRICE Affordable/fair prices. As mentioned before, these guys were about average to below average in price than some other local shops. WAITING ROOM It's more like your ideal living room/kitchen/house. There's WIFI here and they also have a TV/couches set up and hooked up with a Roku so you can listen to Pandora/Spotify or watch Netflix/Amazon Prime/Hulu. There's also pod coffee machine and a hot/cold water dispenser, and tons of drinks in the fridge...and quite an impressive assortment of snacks for you to munch on while you "hang out". OVERALL Great experience. I'd love to make this shop my all around mechanic's shop for maintenance repairs/oil changes where you don't have to feel like you're just a number in line or an ATM machine. I'll be back for future repairs as I felt the service was prompt, professional, and courteous. Good job Motor Pool! And thanks!

I typically dread going to auto shops, but I came here for an oil change and to get my car checked for a leak, and I was so impressed. Besides being really affordable, Motorpool has awesome: Service. They're friendly, professional and straightforward. I didn't have an appointment, but they served me right away, and they have an awesome little snack/coffee lounge where you can chill while you wait. Transparency. My car was sort of a mess when I brought it in, and at one point the mechanics brought me out to the garage to see what was going on. They recommended next steps without being aggressive or "selling" something. They never overcharge and are super committed to developing real customer relationships. Personality. If you didn't think an auto shop can have good vibes, you haven't been to Motorpool. Definitely my go-to place from now on!
