I had to get 60K service/oil change and battery changed for my BMW 535i. This is the first time I was taking to a non-BMW Service Center. So I was in two minds whether to take my car here. When I called, I was very impressed with their knowledge about BMW. The price quoted was very reasonable. And their work was perfect. They were very accommodating to my requests and got the work done before time. If I have any issues with my car in the future, I'll take my car here. I would highly recommend this place to other folks.

I have reviewed this business before but I felt so compelled to do it again after this past week. I am a single parent. I know nothing about cars. I commute quite a distance every day. I depend on my car in so many ways. Taking kids to school. Teaching the teenager how to drive. Errands, shopping....you name it. So when my car doesn't run right or makes a crazy sound that freaks me out or just needs a oil change I know one thing is certain. If I take it to Motorpool, I will not only get amazing service but also the peace of mind knowing that these great guys won't try to take advantage of me or hustle me for anything that I don't need. I leave this place feeling like family. I encourage any single mom out there to take your car to Motorpool from now on!!!! You will not be disappointed!! You will not be ripped off!! And Steve and his crew will be honest with you!! Imagine that!! Oh and they also have snacks and a clean bathroom if you have to wait.

Steve and the guys at Motorpool are great. I previously went to another shop that Steve was working at, and was thrilled when I found out he was starting his own shop. He is truly one of the most honest guys I have ever met in this business. He will honestly tell you when you DON'T need work done, which is simply unheard of these days. On top of that, he and his staff are willing to explain the problem to you and show you either in-person or via photos the problem, so you can really know what is going on with your vehicle prior to getting any work done. The prices are really reasonable, the turnaround on work is fast, and he rewards customer loyalty. I highly recommend anyone needing car maintenance or repair to visit Motorpool, and know that you are not being taken for a ride. Thanks to Steve and the Motorpool crew!

Super friendly guys. Made an oil change appointment at 1:30, showed up at 1:25 and they got right to work.

Came here from Livermore because Motorpool is one our team's sponsors (SVRG), and they have gained a customer for life - even having to drive that far to get there. Totally honest shop, a rarity these days it feels like, and they charged me a good deal amount less than my local Big O wanted to charge me for the same work. Even more important, I know they took care of my car and didn't try to upsell me on anything or 'scare' me into possible future repairs like I feel I get from other shops. They were pretty busy for a Saturday, which to me is a sign of a great shop as well. Communication about what was going on with my car was phenomenal.

Honest guys, honest business. They care about the community and they make sure to give you the best service they can. I paid about $46 for an oil change, which is actually a bit cheaper than what I've paid for one before. The guys are super friendly and they have a pretty dope living room area for you to chill in while you're waiting. Plus, there's a dog park and walking trail nearby so if you know your car is gonna tak a while, you can always meander your way over there.

I brought my car in for a simple oil change because it was located nearby my residence. It was actually the second place I tried, the first place had very gruffly told me they were full and that I could wait around for a couple hours for it to be done. Came to Motorpool, where they were very friendly from the start, had a friendly conversation, invited me to their St. Patricks Day event....did I mention friendly? By far the best car customer care experience I've had. I expect to be a repeat customer.

If you want a shop you can send your mother to this is the place. I recommended the shop to my Mom and she was super impressed and happy with the service!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Motorpool. They've taken care of my car multiple times and kept me in the loop every time. Steven is honest and upfront about what needs to be done and what it will cost, and he never over charges. All the workers are super friendly and patient, and always make me feel taken care of. Motorpool is seriously the best shop around.

I was a loyal customer to Goodyear Gemini Tire until they failed to honor the "lifetime" warranty that was supposed to be offered with the $400 brake job they did on my 07 Saturn Vue. I then called Steven here at Motorpool and asked if he could just check the brakes because there was grinding, and to see if he could tell me if it was "Normal wear and Tear" or if they were faulty. Steven took the time to explain to me what the issue was, and showed me as well. He immediately ordered all the parts and had them delivered to the shop while my car was still in the air. While waiting the short period of time that this took, I was able to get on my laptop and work because they have free wifi and free coffee, water, soda and snacks. He literally said, help yourself to whatever you see. Plus they also have a large flat screen that streams Netflix movies, if that's what you prefer to do. I hope my car doesn't have any issues, but if it does, I will not hesitate to bring it back to Steven and the awesome group of guys here at Motorpool. I recommend this place to all my friends and family! And you will too!
